- Address cleaning-related issues such as equipment malfunctions, staff shortages, or scheduling conflicts promptly
- Work collaboratively with other farm workers
- Maintain accurate records of harvested crops, including quantities harvested, dates, and locations
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, or service enhancements
