Duties to perform:
The selected candidate is supposed to perform the following duties:
- Harvesting ripe fruits according to specific guidelines
- Sorting and packing fruits based on size, color, and quality standards
- Pruning trees and vines to encourage healthy growth and maximize yield
- Applying fertilizers, pesticides, or other treatments as directed by supervisors
- Monitoring for pests, diseases, and other issues that may affect crop health
- Operating and maintaining farm equipment such as tractors, sprayers, and harvesting machinery

- Operate harvesting equipment such as tractors, harvesters, or hand tools under supervision
- Assisting with the installation and maintenance of trellises, nets, or other support structures
- Keeping accurate records of crop yields, labor hours, and equipment usage
- Maintain accurate records of harvested crops, including quantities harvested, dates, and locations
- Following safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment
